Research Activity

A basic priority of the Department is research, basic and applied, which is supported with competitive National and European funds. The research activity of the faculty members of the Department is noteworthy, with the implementation of a significant number of competitive research projects. The research projects are funded from various public organizations (e.g., the General Secretariat for Research and Innovation), private bodies (e.g., companies), the European Union, and the Research Committee of the University of Thessaly.
