Brief Description

The main interests of Laboratory of Viticulture include research, consultancy and teaching in Viticulture at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.  The research of the Laboratory is focused on Morphology, Anatomy, Physiology, Ecophysiology and Biology of the grapevine, Ampelography, Viticultural Techniques, as well as Cultivation and Production Techniques for grapevine products and propagation material.

Research interests

Her main research interests include the effects of viticultural practices and environmental factors on grape quality characteristics, grapevine ecophysiology, the revival and utilization of indigenous grapevine varieties, as well as the development of innovative cultivation techniques for the more effective management of abiotic stresses in the grapevine.
